To work with Marquee

Step 1

The marquee tool selects artwork in the Paint window. Once selected, artwork can be dragged, cut, copied, cleared, or modified with the commands on the Paint toolbar.

The first thing to do to work with it is to click on the marquee button.

Step 2

Next, you need to drag to select a rectangular area.

Step 3

Later, just right click the mouse, you can cut, copy and then paste the bitmap.
