Step 1

To insert the check box, first you need to click on the stage button to show the stage window.

Step 2

After that, use the mouse to open the Insert menu and then open the Control sub menu. Next, you need to click on the Check Box command.

Now, you need to type a name to it then the check box is done. If you would like to rename the check box, just double click the check box.
